This Privacy Policy and Clarification Text Regarding the Protection of Personal Data (“Clarification Text”)
has been prepared by BİZ Kolektif Kadın Kooperatifi (“Cooperative”) in order to explain the principles regarding the processing of personal data pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).
This text covers all natural persons who establish a relationship with the Cooperative.

3. GENERAL PRINCIPLES IN THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data, pursuant to Article 4 of the KVKK, are processed;
In compliance with the law and the principles of good faith,
Accurately and, where necessary, kept up to date,
For specified, explicit and legitimate purposes,
In a manner that is relevant, limited and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed,
For the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are .

4. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
The categories of personal data that may be processed by the Cooperative are as follows:

Name, surname, Turkish Republic identity number (where required), signature information.

Address, phone number, e-mail address.

Order information, invoice information, delivery information, payment history, request and complaint records.

Payment information, bank and accounting records.
4.5. 4.5. Legal Transaction Information
Information regarding disputes, litigation and enforcement proceedings.
4.6. 4.6. Marketing and Communication Information
Communication preferences, campaign approvals, electronic communication permissions.

IP address, site usage information, cookie records.
5. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data may be transferred;
Execution of membership and sales processes,
Carrying out order, payment, delivery and return procedures,
Fulfillment of accounting and financial obligations,
Fulfillment of legal obligations,
Management of requests and complaints,
Carrying out communication activities,
Marketing and information activities in the presence of explicit consent,
Ensuring site security.

6. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data are processed pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK on the following legal grounds;
Explicit provision in the laws,
Necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract,
Fulfillment of a legal obligation,
Establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
Legitimate interest of the data controller,
Existence of explicit consent.

7. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

To certified public accountants and accounting units,
To banks and payment institutions,
To legal advisors and courts,
To cargo and logistics companies,
only in compliance with the legislation and to the extent necessary.
8. STORAGE AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data are stored for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation or for the duration required by the purpose of processing.
Upon expiration of this period, personal data shall be;

10. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to;
Learn whether their personal data are processed,
Request information if they have been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with such purpose,
Learn the third parties to whom they are transferred,
Request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
Request deletion or destruction,
Object to the emergence of a result against them through analysis exclusively by automated systems,
Request compensation in case of damage.

11. BAŞVURU YOLLARI
Data subjects may submit their requests within the scope of the KVKK to the Cooperative in writing or through the methods stipulated by the legislation.
Applications shall be evaluated and concluded within the statutory periods.
12. EFFECTIVENESS
This Clarification Text shall enter into force on the date it is published on the Cooperative’s website.
