Contact Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Address, phone number, e-mail address.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>4.3. 4.3. Customer \/ Member Transaction Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Order information, invoice information, delivery information, payment history, request and complaint records.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>4.4. 4.4. Financial Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Payment information, bank and accounting records.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>4.5. 4.5. Legal Transaction Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Information regarding disputes, litigation and enforcement proceedings.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>4.6. 4.6. Marketing and Communication Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Communication preferences, campaign approvals, electronic communication permissions.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>4.7. 4.7. Digital Data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>IP address, site usage information, cookie records.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>5. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Your personal data may be transferred;<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Execution of membership and sales processes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrying out order, payment, delivery and return procedures,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fulfillment of accounting and financial obligations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fulfillment of legal obligations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Management of requests and complaints,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrying out communication activities,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing and information activities in the presence of explicit consent,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring site security.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Your personal data are processed for the above purposes;<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>6. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Your personal data are processed pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK on the following legal grounds;  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Explicit provision in the laws,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fulfillment of a legal obligation,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishment, exercise or protection of a right,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Legitimate interest of the data controller,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Existence of explicit consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>7. STORAGE AND DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Personal data are stored for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation or for the duration required by the purpose of processing.<\/p>\n\n<p>Upon expiration of this period, personal data shall be;<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deleted,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Destroyed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or anonymized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>9. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to; <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Learn whether their personal data are processed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request information if they have been processed,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with such purpose,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Learn the third parties to whom they are transferred,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request deletion or destruction,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Object to the emergence of a result against them through analysis exclusively by automated systems,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request compensation in case of damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>11.
